Enjoyed our 2 nights here. The unit we got was perfectly clean and opulent with the finest antiques from the owners' personal collection, the terrace, for instance. The location was great - so close to the vineyards, the peaceful garden and Bordeaux.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Chateau Masburel. The newly renovated rooms were large, comfortable, and furnished with beautiful antiques. The view of the castle garden and vineyards from our room was breathtaking. We enjoyed putting together our own breakfast in the small kitchen, with a great selection of sweet and savory dishes. The wine tasting and the opportunity to try the castle's organic wines were definite highlights. The nearby town of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande was worth a visit too. A perfect 10 for us!
Would highly recommend this hotel.

The intimate and cozy atmosphere of the chateau made my business trip feel more relaxing and enjoyable. The well-maintained grounds and vineyard provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and beautifully furnished with antique furniture. The breakfast selection was delicious and served on the terrace with breathtaking views of the vineyards. The wine tasting and tour of the winery were a highlight, and I even bought some of their fantastic wines to take home.
Felt really good, no reason to complain.

We recently had an unforgettable stay at a charming estate, surrounded by vineyards and beautiful gardens. Our host, Chris, warmly welcomed us and took us on a tour of their impressive wine making facilities. We had the pleasure of tasting their exquisite wines and engaging in delightful conversations with Chris. The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and tastefully decorated with antiques. We enjoyed a peaceful view of the castle garden from our room. The breakfast options were extensive, catering to every taste, and we were even able to make our own coffee with a top-notch coffee machine. Another highlight was the location - away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing us to travel easily to Bordeaux and other nearby towns. We appreciated the hosts' recommendations on where to go and what to do. The only minor inconvenience was the limited dining options in the nearby town, but our host kindly allowed us to bring our own dinner and enjoy it in the dining room. our experience at this stunning estate was beyond expectations, and we highly recommend it to everyone seeking a memorable getaway.

The double room at Chateau Masburel was amazing! It had everything I needed - air conditioning to keep me cool, a cozy seating area to relax, and I even got to wear a fancy bathrobe! It made me feel like a VIP guest.
Although the room had a tea/coffee maker, I personally would have liked a toaster as well. But hey, that's just me.
